Established in 1997, Eagle Protection Services serves the greater Washington, DC, northern Virginia, and Maryland area. We are committed to a foundation of guiding principles that has quickly established our uniformed guard services as the example of professional security officers that others in the industry strive to emulate.

Built On A Foundation of Management Excellence

Recruitment:
We recruit, train, and employ the finest security officers available through intensive interviewing, testing, and extensive background checks. We seek out individuals that have the interest, characteristics, and dedication to the industry.

Training:
We train and certify our officers in the classroom, as well as on-site, to ensure each officer understands exactly what our clients expect from us on every assignment. Each officer possesses one or more state certifications and/or registrations and most have a military or police background.

Supervision:
We assign a Site Supervisor for each client property. Site Supervisor must have security management experience and must possess organization, administration and human relation skills.

We also deploy a roving Corporate Night Supervisor whose duties are to augment the Site Directors. These night supervisors stop at each site every night and conduct inspections. This process allows our senior management to know the requirements of each client and reinforce to our personnel the Eagle dedication to continual and vigilant supervision to meet our clients needs.

Communication:
The most vital aspect of our guiding principals is communications. Good communication begins with understanding the specific needs and desires of our clients. We take every effort necessary to insure our officers and Site Directors understand their assignments. Making sure we have the commitment to communicate up and down and across our organization is absolute in meeting the expectations of every client. Our Corporate Officers are always available to our clients twenty-four hours a day.
